2. Slide 2 TRANSFER REPORTING DEFINITIONS Transfer Student - Enrolls at a system institution and transfers in one or more credits. Transfer Record - One record for each institution from which a student transfers credits. Transfer FYE - Transfer credits divided by 30. Point in time - Transfer is measured when the student first enrolls at the receiving institution - not when credit is transferred.
