In order to update training gaps and include in the 2009 TMSBP, we need to: –Validate the needs / gaps matrices with the senior stakeholders and get approval at the flag level as we did in 2004 –Refresh the baseline capabilities as documented in the 2007 Edition and extend them to the new updated training needs matrix, and –Build the justification for major improvements to take our training LVC tools and simulations into the net-centric data and services environments of the coming GIG Must have senior level commitment and buy-in to support funding - thus the need to work this up through the T2 SAG and potentially the ESG for validation
