2 Government Digital Archive The aim: A specialised digital archive for secure preservation of public sector archives through long-term change Programme structure in place. Key people: Alison Fleming, acting GDA Programme Manager Matthias Nowak, responsible for technology development team Evelyn Wareham, Digital Continuity Manager, and her team leading policy development, agency engagement and business change Archives NZ working with National Library on requirements for shared digital repository

8 Disposal Standard Update Issued on June 28 Mandatory date will be July 1, 2012 Publishing process is underway An PDF version is available on our website under ‘Current Projects and News’ Launch event planned for November 24

9 Migration of Continuum Content Continuum publications are being migrated to the main Archives NZ website over next few months The Continuum website will be decommissioned, but the Continuum brand will still be used for publications. Redirects will be put in place There will be a landing page on the new website with all the publications listed Further information will be made available when migration is complete

10 Customer Satisfaction Survey In May Archives ran a Customer Satisfaction Survey 83% of all clients were satisfied or very satisfied.
