ACTRAV ILO TURIN - long term objectives: n To strengthen the process of institution/capacity building of education departments within workers’ organizations; n To increase the capacity of trade unions to plan & deliver educational programs in line with their educational policies; n To support the development/strengthening of specialized technical departments within trade unions; n To develop human resources within workers’ organization & particularly the staff servicing those organizations.

n To deliver high quality training with appropriate methodologies/technologies in order to assist participants in improving their training capacity in specific subject areas; n To increase the number of workers involved in the activities of the program, as well as in other suitable ventures promoted by the Centre; n To improve the quality of learning material, trade union expertise and study visit provided; n To actively promote additional courses on a bipartite and tripartite basis, as well as the enhancement of workers’ participation in the overall program of the ILO Turin Centre.
