Hinge @ Post 2 Oriented Toward Post 1 – Installed Backwards - Note Post Ripped off Hinge Instead of Rotating Hinge toward Post 1 Ripped off Hinge

Post 2 was Installed Backwards Hinge is Oriented Toward Post 1 – Bolt could NOT slip out Slot

Bolts For Cable Anchor Bracket Improperly Inserted thru front of Guardrail instead of from behind – therefore Bracket could not release Properly

Guardrail was Improperly Attached at Post 3 and Bolt Ripped Out FLEAT - NO Bolt Connection Post 3
