Q: How does your school deal with long-term costs of operation? Q: Are student scholarships available from Department or College/University funds?

4. Sustaining a Program Q: How supportive are your department faculty and chair – intellectually (participating in the program) or financially (by providing department funds)? How do you gain or sustain this support? Q: How supportive is your Dean – intellectually (recognizing the instructional importance of the program) or financially. How do you gain or sustain this support?

5. Sustaining a Program Q: How supportive are your alumni – through financial contributions (e.g. scholarship funds) or politically (through department or dean’s level contacts)?
