HOA Mission The mission of the Pickard Oaks Homeowners Association is to maintain and improve the value of our real estate investment, within a friendly and comfortable upscale neighborhood.

Maintenance Activities - 2013 Continued to replace rotted bottom risers of front steps with PVC Completed staining and repair of all privacy fences Repaired roof boots (pipes) Touched up (paint) front steps throughout the community Mailbox maintenance Pest control contract on entrance lights because of lighting failure

Dues Status & Sales As of December 1, 2013, the total delinquencies were $1875 with one prior owner significantly delinquent This is less than 1.5% of total annual dues There has been very little turnover this year, only 5 sales Remember the 5% pre payment option (Contact Todd for details.)
