Website Overview Additional Features and Services  The Howard Order System verifies all quotes before they are saved to ensure that all applied discounts are correct.  Once a quote is turned into an order, the system again verifies that the discounts are applied, and that pricing is accurate.  Howard order entry personnel compare the order to the original quote to ensure that all pricing components are correct.  Once the product is shipped, an invoice is generated, and is compared to the order and the Bill of Lading to ensure that all pricing components are correct.  Howard audits the system on a monthly basis for the WSCA contract.
