What is the queen’s name? The queen’s name is Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor.

How old is the queen? The queen was born on the 21 st April 1926. This year she will be 85 years old.

The queen’s family The queen is married to Prince Phillip who is also known as the Duke of Edinburgh. She has 4 children: Prince Charles Princess Anne Prince Andrew Prince Edward

How long has she been the Queen? The queen’s coronation was on the 2 nd June 1953. This means she has been the queen for 58 years!

Where does the queen reign? The Queen reigns over lots of countries, not just the United Kingdom. She also is the Queen of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica, Barbados, The Bahamas, Grenada, Papua New Guinea, The Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, St. Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize and St Kitts and Nevis.

Where does the Queen live? Most of the time the Queen lives in Buckingham Palace which is in London. She also has houses in other areas of the UK where she sometimes stays for holidays. These are: Windsor Castle in Berkshire Sandringham House in Norfolk Balmoral Castle in Scotland Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh
