Community Colleges (EX: BC or Taft college) High school diploma or be 18 years of age to attend. Earn a 2 year degree (AA or AS) or certificate. Take lower division general education classes, improve grades, time to mature. Less expensive. No SAT or ACT required. Minimal application process. Priority Transfer Programs. AA or AS degree with 60 transferrable units to any CSU.

A-G Requirements University of California California State University Admission Requirements Current Admission requirements, frequently referred to as A-G, for the two California University systems are listed below. You May Be Exempt EPT A score of “Ready” or “Exempt” on the CSU Early Assessment Program (EAP) taken along with the English Language Arts CST in the 11the grade. A score of 500 or above on the critical reading section of the SAT. A score of 22 or above on the ACT English test. A score of 3 or above AP English Test ELM A score of “Ready” or “Exempt” on the CSU Early Assessment Program (EAP) taken along in the 11the grade in conjunction with the CST in Summative Math or Algebra II.
