7 10/25/20157 Senior Activities Overview & Senior Obligation Fees Jackie Arnold

8 10/25/20158 Senior Activities Overview The faculty, senior class officers, and senior parents will be working hard throughout the school year to organize senior activities. It is the administration’s hope that all seniors will participate in these activities. Seniors must be students in good standing in order to participate. When students violate policy and/or choose not to meet expectations, they may lose the privilege of participating in activities including Graduation, prom, or the senior picnic. They may also have off-campus lunch and/or parking privileges revoked. A student can lose the same privileges for repeated acts of non-compliance. Some serious offenses may result in out- of-school suspension. Also, students who have been recommended for long term suspension and/or have not completed the ACE program may not participate in Commencement.

9 10/25/20159 Senior Obligation Fees All seniors are required to pay a senior obligation of $40 prior to March 23rd. This fee pays for the costs associated with the senior class activities: Senior Breakfast; Senior Lunch; Senior Picnic; Senior Graduation Ceremony expenses; Senior Gift; and etc. The senior obligation must be paid prior to participating in the graduation rehearsal. Seniors have two options for payment. Seniors may pay online with a credit card. Go to rolesvillehs.wcpss.net and click on the Parents section, which includes information on online payments. Seniors who do not have online access or prefer to pay with a check or cash may pay their fee to Ms. McPherson Rm 3509 during lunches dates to be announced. All Seniors must fulfill their financial Senior Obligation regardless of participation in the Senior activities.
