2. Project Outline The system in this “application” will be able to provide the user with 5 different home furnishing options based on information provided by the user. The advantages of the system is that it will be able to provide the client with a "virtual reality" tour after the selection of one of the options and it will also direct you to the store near you for the furniture selected to be purchased.

3. Step 1 In the first step you will annotate the floor plans of the chosen house by labeling the rooms and providing the measurements. Then you will scan the annotated plans and input them into the application. The user should also provide the Location and address of the Apartment / House you are intending to furnish.

5. Step 2 In this step you will input your budget: ($ Maximum & $ Minimum)

6. Step 3 In this step you will indicate the style of the furniture you are looking for and you will be able to choose from the following options: Classic, Modern or High tech.

7. Step 4 In this step you will indicate the type of “Theme” you would like for your house and you will be able to choose from the following options: Single (male/female), Family home,

8. Step 5 The system in this step will prompt if you need kitchen fit outs. If you choose “YES” the following options will be provided: Dishwasher Oven Fridge Microwave Washing machine If you choose “NO” The system will move to the next step.

9. Step 6 The system in this step will prompt if you need Lighting fit outs. If you choose “YES” the following options will be provided: Chandeliers Lamps Ceiling lamps Wall lamps, etc.. If you choose “NO” The system will move to the next step.

10. Step 7 The system in this step will prompt if you need Bathroom fit outs. If you choose “YES” the following options will be provided: Bath tubs Mirrors Shower curtains If you choose “NO” The system will move to the next step.

11. Step 8 The system in this step will prompt if you need Outdoor Furniture. If you choose “YES” the following options will be provided: B.B.Q Swimming pools Tents Jacuzzis If you choose “NO” The system will move to the next step.

12. Results 1 After all data input has taken a place, the system will then analyze the data and provide the user with 5 different options for furniture setup (Indoor & Outdoor) and you will have to choose “One" of the options to proceed to the next step. You may also edit any information previously used if you choose to do so, however, the system will have to re- calculate the users new data and new 5 furnishing options will be provided.

14. Results 2 When the user decide on one option, the system will provide you with the following: Recommended furniture set up on the plan provided 3D Virtual Reality tour in your furnished house http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=Do4SV9jrD3 k Contact name and Numbers and web site addresses for furniture stores near you will also be provided for the furniture selected.
