WELCOME SpeeDOC Scan Application

Pre-Requisites Machine Configuration P-IV or equivalent PC Minimum 1 GB RAM Minimum 200 GB HDD with atleast 100 GB partition as D:\ WinXP sp3 or above OS Virus Protection System DVD Drive Installed and Working Scanner Internet Connectivity

Install Application Connect the Scanner to your PC and install proper driver. Make sure the Scanner is able to scan a document. Follow the instructions in welcome email from support to install the speedoc scanning application.

Login using username and password provided in email. Execute Application

Select scanner from “Select a scanner” drop down list.

Click on “Start Scan”. Scan Process

While scanning, you can see the scanned CAF and the supporting documents as images on your left side of the screen. On the right side, the CAFs are moved with the relative scanned document. These images get shifted to next column as scanning starts for another CAF. The left side image also changes with next scans. The oldest CAF gets disappeared from the screen as count exceeds 4 and a CAF file is created for that CAF. …. Continued

Correction Methods On the top of each vertical column you can see the CAF number, Mobile number, Count of pages scanned for that CAF and a Cross Mark. On clicking any page, its preview is shown on left screen panel. …. Continued

If you find anything wrong in the scanned page, you can delete the page by clicking on Cross Mark of the page. Correction Methods

You can delete the complete CAF with Document by clicking on Cross Mark of the Column.

Correction Methods If two CAFs get merged while scanning, select second CAF and click on Split button to split wrongly merged CAF. Similarly use Merge button to merge a wrongly separated CAF/document in previous CAF.

Scan Counts CAFs Created counter at right side of the application screen shows the count of CAF files created.

End Scan Application To stop scanning application, you need to click on “Finish Scan” button.

End Scan Application On “Finish Scan”, CAF files are created for all the remaining CAFs. If you fail to finish scan properly like in case of a power failure, scanned images for whom CAF files are not created will get lost forever.

Rename Click on Rename tab. Enter mobile and CAF number in the boxes here. Select CAF type as (positive/negative) and Connection type (amongst 5 seen here). Click OK to proceed. Click Delete to delete the CAF, if any information is missing.

Status The status tab shows CAF processing status within the selected Date Range.

Dispatch Enter URL “http://reli ance.spee doc.co.in/d ispatch”. Enter the username & password used for Scanning Application

Dispatch Process Click on CAF INFO tab. One by one gun mobile number and caf number. Caf will get save automatically.

Lot number field shows the current lot number. Dispatch Process

Click on Finish button to close the lot. Dispatch Process

Click on PRINT LOT tab. Enter the dates to get the list of the lots completed within that selected date range. Click on the print link to get the print of that particular lot.

Support System The support system will be available for all the working days in working hours between 10 am to 7 pm either on phone or via e-mails. The support system is exclusive for application related issues and no support will be given for any hardware/ scanner/ virus issues.
