4. About us  Up and out is a team building exercise courses ranged for the ages of 15-40. The courses are enjoyable and practical the courses will need each team members to help each other out more information on the team building page.  There will also be a café for parents or friends to wait for players more information will e on the café page.

Team Building activities  There will be two types of exercise that will involve team building which are paintball capture the flag which will have two sides both will have a go at defending and capturing different points.  another activity is ghost where you are in a large woodland and there is a ghost soldier which you have to get back to your base over a 3 acres of woodland. 8. Time trial course  If you are a person that likes to push themselves and test your speed with have a time trial course that goes from the centre into the forest through tree climbing and other forms of assault courses. ReturnReturn to main page

Shooting range  The shooting range will be for leisure when people don’t want to any of the other activities you can test your aim with 2 types of air rifles one scoped and one not and the other will be a paintball gun so you can practice if you have paid to go paintballing.
