Media- various methods of communicating information. Advertising- written or spoken messages designed to interest consumers in purchasing a product or service. Copy figure 3.1 on page 49. - Comparison Shopping- method of judging the benefits of different products comparing different factors.

4 Warranty- written agreement to repair a product or refund your money should it not function properly. Online Shopping- using the internet to purchase a product. Do #’s 1,2, and 3 on page 53.
