Peer: 1.Each essay needs to be read and graded by at least two other people. 2.Each person who grades a TW needs to write a statement explaining the assigned grade AND offering ONE USEFUL STRATEGY to improve the essay 3.After essays are all scored, have a conversation to identify trends and make a “next steps” action plan.
