Whenever you feel that you are not safe please contact me or one of my colleagues While you are on the CERN site you must have your CERN ID-card with you all the time You will get the cards today at 11:15 You are allowed to take pictures everywhere at CERN Just ask for permission if you take pictures of people Before the welcome drink we will give you your safety equipment ATLAS secretariat: Room 40-4-D01 If you get lost call 160663 (my portable) from any CERN phone.

Joos, PH/ESE4 Food vouchers BL4S 10.09.15 - 20.09.15 Restaurant 1 Price…………… How it works: Vouchers are only valid in Restaurant 1 You will get 3 vouchers per day Exception: Today and Sunday: 2 vouchers You may consume food and drinks for up to CHF 35 per day (not per meal!) We trust you. Please be fair! In the restaurant: Take what you like & eat what you take There is a water fountain outside the self service area If you want coffee: Ask for a “token” (CHF 1.50) Use the token with the coffee machines next to the restaurant entrance Give one voucher to the cashier and check that (s)he enters the correct price
