Introduction The plan provides for:- The drafting of SAPS specific training and communication content; Implementation of a training programme in preparation for the implementation of the legislation and to ensure and sustain correct implementation after the implementation date; and Implementation of internal and external communication plans in support of implementation to raise awareness and reinforce or complement training initiatives. Use of baseline allocation of Divisions 2
