Is there a Health section that runs on certain days of the week? Most newspapers include Food sections and grocery flyers as a part of the Wednesday paper which creates endless possibilities for integrating nutrition education. Advice columns may be limited to one day a week which might include health topics as well. Using newspapers is a great way to infuse current and in many cases local health issues and topics into your instruction.
