Comparison between 2 cells structure “The Cell Song” http://www.youtube. com/watch?v=rABK B5aS2Zg#t=175

Cell membrane Also known as plasma membrane or cytoplasmic membrane Separates interior from the outside environment of the cell Controls the movement of in and out the cell Selectively permeable ions organic molecule Composed of a mix of protein and lipids PROTECT THE CELL Not to be confused with cell wall http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o wEgqrq51zY

TRANSPORT ACROSS MEMBRANES ★ Active Transport ■ Endocytosis ■ Exocytosis ★ Osmosis ★ Facilitate Diffusion ★ Diffusion

PASSIVE TRANSPORT NO energy required The movement of a substance from an area with higher concentration to one with a lower concentration.

Diffusion ➔ It is use to exit waste ➔ EQUILIBRIUM

Osmosis ➔ Diffusion of water ➔ ONLY WATER

Facilitate Diffusion ➔ Large molecules cannot cross the plasma membrane are “helped”

ACTIVE TRANSPORT Energy required from ATP The movement of a substance from an area with lower concentration to one with a higher concentration.

Endocytosis ➔ Cell takes in large particle by engulfing them

Exocytosis ➔ Cell gets rid of particles ➔ Opposite of Endocytosis

Diabetes Type 1 ● The body’s immune system mistakenly sees the insulin-producing cells in the pancreas as foreign, and destroys them This is known as "autoimmune" disease. ● Cells called islets sense glucose in the blood and produce the necessary amount of insulin to normalize blood sugars.islets ● Insulin serves as a “key” to open your cells, to allow the glucose to enter and use it for energy. ● Without insulin, there is no “key.” So sugar stays and builds up in the blood. ● The body’s cells starve from the lack of glucose. If left untreated, the high level of “blood sugar” can damage eyes, kidneys, nerves, and the heart, and can also lead to coma and death.

Our product: Annul Your Immune Our product is an injection designed to protect cells in the pancreas that make insulin from being attacked by the immune system As a result It suppresses the immune system instead of stimulating it. the experimental vaccine reduced the number of immune system “killer” cells that went on the attack.

It’s soluble to facilitate its transport in blood The vaccine leads to an increase of insulin in the body, causing another class of immune cells to send an anti-inflammatory response to the killer T cells, effectively shutting them down.

Following the treatment plan can help a person stay healthy, but there isn’t a cure for diabetes. People with type 1 diabetes will need treatment for the rest of their lives. take the injection eat a healthy, balanced diet and stick to a diabetes meal plan check their blood sugar levels several times a day get regular physical activity The good news is that with the proper treatment and our product, people can feel healthy and avoid diabetes problems later.
