Actions taken in Response to Conditions December 23 - Called for voluntary 20% reduction January 27 – February 27 - operated four back-up groundwater wells Formed Drought Management Team Reviewed Municipal Code for changed needed for implementation March 24 – Declared Drought with 20% mandatory reduction

Results Realized Water Wise House Calls: 22% increase January-August 2013: 968 January-August 2014: 1242 Commercial audits: 34% increase January-August 2013: 21 January-August 2014: 32 Cash for Grass: Rebated removal of 390,842 square feet since July 1, 2008 Water Waste responses/site visits: 30% increase
