MARKET REGULATION AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS COMMITTEE Monitors all aspects of the market regulatory process for continuous improvement. Market Analysis Regulatory Interventions Interstate Collaboration Reviews and make recommendations on underwriting and market practices of companies and producers. 3

MARKET INFORMATION SYSTEMS TASK FORCE Provides business expertise regarding the desired functionality of the NAIC Market Information Systems and the prioritization of regulatory requests for the development and enhancements to the NAIC Market Information Systems. ANTIFRAUD TASK FORCE Serves the public interest by assisting the state insurance supervisory official through the detection, monitoring and appropriate referral for investigation of insurance crime, both by and against consumers. Assists the insurance regulatory community through the maintenance and improvement of electronic databases regarding fraudulent insurance activities. Provides a liaison function between insurance regulators; federal, state, local and international law enforcement; and other specific antifraud organizations. 5
