3 Starting You start as a Level 1 human with no Class. You get 4 door cards and 4 treasure cards. Your character’s gender is the same as yours. Everyone rolls a die; highest roll goes first. Play proceeds clockwise. Levels You can not be less than level 1. The game ends when someone gets to level 10. To reach level 10, you must win a combat. You can sell 1000 gold of items to get a level. No change. Death Keep: Your class(es), race(s), sex, level, and any curses played against you. Lose: All your other cards Looting the Body 1.Lay your cards face up on the table 2.Everyone takes one card (start with the highest leveled player and count down) 3.Discard the remaining cards You are now alive again. Start of your next turn, draw 2 Doors and 2 Treasures. Items You can only have one big item (unless you’re a Dwarf). You can’t equip, sell, trade, or steal items during combat 3

4 Cheating and Arguing The cards always trump everything else. The owner wins arguments. Unless they’re being a dick. Don’t be that person who just argues. No one likes them. Cheat cards let you make up a new rule. Be reasonable, but be fun. Give it a good justification of your rule. Race and Class You can discard your race and class anytime. You can play a race/class anytime you’re not in combat. If you stop being a dwarf, discard any extra cards. You can’t double Super Munchkin or Half-Breed. When can I play..? Monster Card: When you’re looking for trouble Race/Class Card: Anytime! Curse Card: Anytime! On anyone! Item Card: Not during combat! Go Up A Level: Anytime you want! Any other: Follow the cards! House Rules Do not abuse the Freudian Slippers + Revealing Costume We don’t Listen at the Door. Dying only gives you 4 new cards total. Looting the Room gives you a Door card.
