Outreach & Enrollment Enrollment Strategies (cont.) Encourage contractor use of common uniforms including the Energy Savings Assistance Program brand name and logo. Integration of SoCalGas’ Customer Assistance Representatives (CARs) will help increase enrollment in hard to reach and otherwise underserved areas. Streamlining of the enrollment process including standardization and integration of forms, use of Tablet PCs to collect information and document scanning. 4
