Measure the area and approves for the partition of the land based on the request

12. Mutation (Parcel Editing)
Based on the survey report Patwari will select the points
from where the parcel needs to be divided
Points will be created for dividing the parcels

13. Mutation (Final Partition)
After the Appropriate wait period Revenue Inspector
Approves the division of Land
