2.  On the day of surgery  1 st day post op DISCHARGE PROCEDURE

3.   Discharge summary preparation   Slit lamp examination by the ward doctor   Discharge counselling   Give the follow –up date On the day of surgery

4.  Post operative vision check followed by dilatation.  Slit lamp examination by the senior Medical Officer.  If any complication the patient should stay for 1 day. 1 st day post operative

5.  Case sheets are handed over to the admission counter.  Hand over the bills and their discharge summary to the patients.  If patients wants medical certificates & reimbursement certificates send them to the Information Counter.
