Options for private GP in the UK Much higher demand in London but changing as businesses develop cost effective units elsewhere Work in corporate healthcare market Central London private practice – mainly self pay / hotel work and often ‘difficult’ cases Suburban private GP practices – list of 500 patients ( cf 2000 in NHS) – on call 24/7
