WHAT IS A VISUAL AID? A VISUAL AID IS SOMETHING TO LOOK AT, SUCH AS A POWERPOINT, PICTURE, OR CHART THAT SUPPORTS THE PRESENTER’S MESSAGE. SPEAKERS USE VISUAL AIDS TO RETAIN THE INTEREST OF THE AUDIENCE. SIMULTANEOUSLY, PRESENTATIONS COMMUNICATE THE SPEAKER’S MESSAGE FACT: PEOPLE TEND TO REMEMBER WHAT THEY SEE MORE OFTEN THAN WHAT THEY ONLY HEAR.
