4 Enter a Team Name and set a Team Fundraising Goal. This Team Name is how others will find your event Click here to return to the Table of Contents

5 Next, select your Participation Type to the right. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

6 You will also have the option to make a personal donation to your campaign here. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

7 On the next page, enter in your personal information, including a user name and password for your “Walk and Roll” account. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

8 Please choose a username that is different than your email address. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

9 Be sure to complete the waiver included. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

10 Upon finishing your Registration, you will have the option to visit your Participant Center, as shown here. Click either link to visit the Participant Center. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

11 If you would like to make a contribution to your campaign, you can do so by clicking the ‘Jumpstart your fundraising link”. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

13 When you click on the Email tab, you can use the built in tool to solicit funds from friends/ family members, as well as email others on your “Walk and Roll” Team. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

14 There are several templates available if you need help with content. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

15 You can also import email contacts using the import tool, found on the right hand side of the Email page. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

16 To see how your personal fundraising and team fundraising are progressing, click the Progress tab. Here you can change your goal, see donations, and toggle to your Team Progress page by using the menu on the right. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

17 To download a report to see how much money your team has raised, who has sent emails, and more, click on the Team button and then select the download team statistics button. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

18 To edit your Team Page, click the “Team Page” tab along the top. Here you can update the event date, time, location, and RVC information, as well as customize content. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

19 When you click Personal Page, you will have the option to update and edit your Personal Page content. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

20 You can also create a custom URL to send your fundraising page to friends/family members Click here to return to the Table of Contents

21 To add a personal photo for your page, click the “Photos/Vid eo” button on the right menu. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

22 To Join a Team, click the “Join a Team” button. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

25 To donate to a team or participant, click on the “Search for a Team or Participant” button. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

26 You can search by first or last name, or you can hit “Search” with the fields blank to view all registered participants or teams. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

27 Once on a Personal Page, click the “Support ” button to donate. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

28 Next, you will have the option to select gifts amounts or determine if this gift should be anonymous. Click here to return to the Table of Contents

30 To download paper donation and registration forms, hover over the learn more link and click on ‘Paper Forms’. Click here to return to the Table of Contents
