ENHANCING WOMEN' S ACCESS TO FINANCE  Finalization of the Guidelines of the ILAW Program (Inclusive Lending Window for Aspiring Women Entrepreneurs), a P 100 M credit facility created by the Development Bank of the Philippines in partnership with WomenBiz.  Participation in the Gender Lens Investing Forum, Bangkok, March 11-14

5. GENERATING BENCHMARK DATA ON WOMEN IN BUSINESS  Completion of the study undertaken by De La Salle University entitled "Inventory of Entrepreneurship Studies in the Philippines"
