Recipe ingredients (Makes 6 servings) 1 (12 ounce) package of Velveeta Shells macaroni and cheese ¾ cup of sour cream ¾ cup jar of Salsa 1 lb of hamburger meat ¾ cup of shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup of tortilla chips 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet of taco mix

Recipe Directions Cook macaroni as directed Cook hamburger meat with taco seasoning as directed on package Drain macaroni and add the sour cream and mix together In a 13 x 9 pan spread ½ of the macaroni on the bottom, top with the hamburger meat, sprinkle ½ of the cheese, and put the other ½ of macaroni on top Cover with foil and bake in the oven on 400 degrees for 15 minutes Take out and top with rest of cheese, thin layer of salsa, and top with crushed tortilla chips. Put back in oven uncovered for 5 minutes
