Improved Screening & Treatment Cervical- 50,000 lives Breast - 64,000 lives through high quality mammography and even more due to breast awareness Colorectal screening (all modalities) >400,000 lives Lung Cancer (with CT screening), over 150,000 lives?

Cancer Disparities Reduction Collaborative A dual-division partnership focused on creating a common approach to reduce disparities in cancer mortality within targeted populations. Three-year pilot using an evidence-based intervention of Community Health Advisors (CHAs) to deliver prevention & early detection messages and navigate women to breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screenings. Intervention targeted to specific populations and communities of greatest need based on a composite of health status indicators. - Incidence - Mortality - % Poverty - Cancer Screening Rates - Available Clinical Services

Core Outcome Measures Year 1 CHA Local Staff : 11 CHA Representatives with 3 communities each Community partners: 30 per CHA Representative – 330 + Volunteer Coordinators: 3 communities per staff – 33 coordinators Volunteer Community Health Advisors: 10 CHAs per Coordinator- 330 + Women educated & navigated to screening: 10 women per CHA
