From the Page Layout, click on Page Setup and then Click on the Header/Footer Tab.

Delete unused worksheets (saves storage space). Click the Office button from the displayed menu and point to Print. Ctrl + P is the keyboard shortcut to Print.

The movement of the active cell is confined to the range. First you select the range where the data will be entered so the active cell will move to the next cell after pressing enter.
