Present Perfect Countinuous Tense
USE For an activity that has recently stopped or just stopped. There is a connection with now. e.g. You are out of breath. Have you been running? e.g. Why are your clothes so dirty? What have you been doing?

Study these examples: - How long have you been studying English? (you’re still learning) - George hasn’t been feeling well recently. - Where have you been? I’ve been looking for you for the last half hour. - Tom is still watching TV. He’s been watching television all day.
