This incentive applies to both natural gas and electrically-heated single-family detached homes, duplexes, and townhomes/row homes that meet the ENERGY STAR for New Home Standard, and for laneway homes that meet an EnerGuide rating of 82 or above.

Ensure that there are responsive professionals available within short time frame to complete assessments Recognize the high performers in some way Have a sustainable funding source
