Role and Core Activities Minnesota Department of Human Services’ Health Care Eligibility and Access assists the public in applying and accessing affordable health care, while collaborating with counties and state operations so they may better serve their population. The Program Evaluation Team seeks to improve this process through compliance reviews and corrective actions.
