Each National Member Organization (NMO) nominates one representative to IIASA Council The Council establishes relations with governments and multinational bodies; sets financial and managerial policies and subject areas for research; organizes peer review using Evaluation Committees per theme The Institute’s Directorate (Director and Deputy Director) formulate and manage IIASA activities Science Advisory Committee and Internal Research Committee advise on future programs and projects Governance
