1 Mini Mock Trial DAY!!! 10 minutes INDEPENDENT work The following is due in 10 minutes Attorneys who are examining (cross or direct) – Come up with AT LEAST 5 Questions for Your Witness Attorneys who are doing closing, opening, or rebuttal – Come up with AT LEAST 5 points you want to make and/or begin writing your statement Witnesses: – Read your statement, if you have not already done so – Identify 5 most helpful points in your statement, for your side and 3 most damaging points in your statement

How would this have helped prove their theory of the case? 2.If we did the trial over, what would you do differently? (2-3 examples) Why? 3.In what areas of Mock Trial do you feel you need the most instruction? (provide as many specifics as possible)  Test Corrections – MONDAY  Bring textbook & Portfolio to class

To obviously intoxicated person? – ∆: Dana was not obviously intoxicated b/c… – ∏: Dana was obviously intoxicated b/c… Were third persons injured? Caused by acts of intoxicated person? – ∏: Injuries were b/c Dana Ivy was so drunk – ∆: Injuries were b/c it was Vicker’s fault or b/c Dana was careless, not b/c she was drunk.
