April 2010 Background: TRANSPOINT Lease Expiration 2008 (Now 2018 w/out clause) Planning began in 2004 to relocate to different leased location GSA Took Possession of St Es Dec 2004 2006 President’s Budget Directing stabilization and consideration of development of Federal Enclave at St Es Specifically mentioned St Es as a potential future site for CG Headquarters Revised Program of Requirements (June 05) looked to St Elizabeths 3
