What leads to violence?

Violence onstage usually begins with a conflict of some sort. Levels of violence vary, but usually progress from mild to bad to worse. Four Main Motivators that lead to violence onstage: 1.Survival for your life 2.A need has been threatened: Food, water, shelter 3.Greed: avarice, sexual lust, jealousy 4.Righteous motivators: relgious beliefs of fanatics How Does it Start?

Chart the journey of combat in Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Watch how the fight escalates from talking to drawn swords. 1.Two Monatgues are in the streets alone, as some Capulets come on the scene. 2. Vocal violence happens first. 3.Invitation to fight. 4.Righteous motivation to stand for the cause changes to survival. (Level 4 to level 1) 5.A Montague dies; Romeo kills a Capulet as a result.
