3. Field Day! Field day is coming together nicely! Here are a few things we need to do though to promote it and make the best field day ever! Promote! Goal: 700 people invited on FB by the end of this week Raffle prizes and company support Sign up for a team! Get others to sign up for a team! Print out some flyers and put them up wherever you can! Get creative!

4. How do I get involved?  To stay active this semester, you must participate in field day in some way!  Be on a team at field day!!!!!  Flyer/fundraise  Help run stations (limited spots, more info to come at next meeting)  Make banners, help decorate, plan, and organize events for field day (more info to come at next meeting)

5. Elections are March 10 th ! TO RUN  For those who have emailed Becky… information will be coming soon, promise!  If you are interested in running, please email Becky at rgiallella@ufl.edu with name and positions you are running forrgiallella@ufl.edu  To run, must have been active in the Fall semester, and are participating this semester! Prepare a short statement to present to everyone on election day!

6. Elections are March 10 th ! TO VOTE  Must have at least one point from this current, Spring 2014 semester OR have attended at least one meeting this semester!  Must be at elections on March 10 th !

7. Dance Marathon Information  DM recruitment speaker…  Want to dance?  Registration ends on February 12 th, and the cost is $35 If more people register than dancers we can have, their $35 will go to the SOTA fundraising total  Talk to Erica after the meeting if you have any questions or if you are interested in dancing!

8. Hope Lodge  On Saturday, March 15 th at 6:30pm, we will be making desserts with residents at Hope’s Lodge!  Sign up sheet going around…  Ask Ashley for more details if you are interested in going!

9. Gator Nights  Just a friendly reminder that Gator Nights is happening on February 21 st, for those that signed up!  See you there!

10. Altrusa House  Valentine’s party!  On Friday, Feb. 14 th from 10-2pm  Shifts are from 10-12pm and 12pm-2pm!

11. HSSO Basketball!  Join HSSO for wheelchair basketball on March 12 th at 6pm!  SOTA will be making a team, so come on out and play!  $12 to play, get a shirt and 2 raffle tickets  $8 to cheer on, get a shirt and 2 raffle tickets More information on our FB group!
