1. Vyew - Basic Tools Basic whiteboard tools are located on the left side of the window. Click on the “A” to type on the screen. Click on the yellow sticky note then on the screen to leave a note or audio comment. Click on the eraser then select the item you want to remove. Change size, color and fill of text and drawing tools. Click here or hold down the Ctrl key to talk. To raise your hand click on your name in the Userlist to select from a pop-up status menu. Type your message in the chat box then hit enter. Chat and Voice tools are located on the right side of the window.

2. Vyew - Navigation Access the Print option from the expanded Book menu. Click the My Home tab to see a list of all your VyewBooks. The Desktop Share tab allows you to share your desktop in real-time with all users in a VyewBook. Select the Screenshot button to take a picture of your desktop and insert it into the VyewBook. Select the Import button to upload files from your computer or the internet to share in the VyewBook.

3. Vyew - Navigation Add and delete pages to a VyewBook using these buttons. Use the Page Navigator Bar to move through a VyewBook. Use the Zoom Tool to zoom in and out on the whiteboard. Clicking the Sync Mode button will make page navigation synchronous or independent among current users in a VyewBook.
