3. Where are we now six months on?  Self Assessment CQC  Surrey Borders- Liaison nurse  Set up the Learning Disabilities Group  Patient Passport  Learning Disability Protocol  Flag patients who have a learning disability on PAS  Service user present at the Pride in Nursing event

4. Aim is to further :  Raise awareness and train all staff  Proactive approach to the Learning Disability Awareness event  Patient and staff information and resource file  User representation at meetings etc  Attend user meetings  Review themes from complaints and incidents
