Executive Director’s Report Member Representation Since the 2011 General Meetings: 51 new complaints 23 new grievances; 11 proceeding to arbitration Canadian Human Rights Commission decided in favour of TEAM member Current open files: 18 complaints, 31 grievances, and 1 Human Rights case

DB Pension Lawsuit Supreme Court of Canada Feb 2012 – Sought leave to appeal Oct 2012 – Won leave ?2013 – Appear before the Supreme Court Percentage of cases granted leave is very low All three unions and the retiree group (TRAM) are sharing the costs
