6.  Titles branded salvage must have a salvage inspection  Titles branded rebuilt, reconstructed are not required to have the salvage inspection  Any title assigned to an insurance company must have a salvage inspection  We do not accept Maine’s Affidavit of Rebuilt or repaired salvage vehicle form MVT-103  On an unrepaired vehicle a double assignment is allowed 10/26/20156
