What is a Notification? 30 TAC 330.3(94) - Notification--The act of filing information with the TCEQ for specific solid waste management activities that do not require a permit or a registration. Notification Tier Authorizations are processed via forms generally named “Notice of Intent to Operate…..”

The facility may consist of one or more storage container, bin, or trailer.
