Frequently kept overdue 43% of past semester charges Overview At Georgia Tech Library we have a highly used print Reserves collection. T This past semester, 43% of our charges were for 2 and 4 hour reserve items. Available 24/5 Students tend to keep them overdue since we do not access overdue fines

Start with overdue notices Set up as opt-in service Test Market Launch Decided to keep it simple Notifications for 2 and 4 hour reserve items Only overdue notices in first phase Students could opt in Work with Larry to set up process
