This figure shows (figure 1) that only 6% consist themselves digitally advanced. So what is holding back Digital in HR?
Sys #1 70% of organizations in our survey stated that they face integration issues with their existing HR IT systems. Core HR Sys #2 Sys #3 There isn’t one answer. First, many of the current HR IT systems don’t support the latest technology. 70% of organizations stated that Many of these systems were legacy systems and face integration issues. 44% of the companies stated that their HRIS systems are not compatible with the latest technologies.

So what does the road ahead entail?
Welcome to the digital HR First, you need to build consensus from the top management to drive digitization across HR processes. Top-management resistance is usually because they just don’t know enough about the business benefits of digitalization. To help them, HR should develop a clear vision around digitization. The vision should include a long-tern, holistic view. It should clearly align with the overall goals of the organization so that HR is positioned in a more strategic role. Yes I know that will be hard. You also need to make sure that is backed with a strong business case. In addition, HR will need to outline ground rules on how employees willuse social media. This will ease managements concerns about anything happening that could negatively impact the company’s brand.
