Amendment I Freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom to religion, and freedom to assembly. Amendment II The right to bear arms. Amendment III No quartering, during war or not during war. Amendment IV No searches and seizures without a reasonably obtained warrant. Amendment V Trial by jury. You cannot be tried for the same crime twice, nor do you have to testify against yourself.

Amendment VI The right to a speedy and public trial, with witnesses defending you, and a lawyer. The jury will be impartial. Amendment VII If the suit is more than twenty dollars, the person has a right to a trial, and what is established as fact will not be tried in any other court. Amendment VIII No excessive bail, or cruel and unusual punishments. Amendment IX Unalienable common rights not established in the Constitution will be granted to the people. Amendment X Powers not resting to the federal government or prohibited from the states in the Constitution will be left up to the states.
