To join, you must be twenty five years or older, been a citizen of the United States for at least seven years, and live in the state that you represent. Elections are held every two years. They impose and collect taxes and duties, borrow money, regulate commerce with foreign countries among states, coin money, establish post offices, declare war, and raise and support an army and navy.

To join Senate, you must be thirty years or older, been a citizen of the United States for at least nine years, and live in the state you represent. Elections are held every six years. The Senate can try impeachments and choose officers. The Vice President is president of the Senate.

To be the President of the United States, you must be at least thirty five years old, be a native born citizen, and must have lived in the United States for the past fourteen years. Elections are held every four years. The President has veto power, is commander in chief of the army, makes treaties, enforces laws made by congress, and can appoint important government officials.

The length of tenure for a Supreme Court judge is life, unless you quit or are impeached. The Supreme Court has the original jurisdiction involving foreign ambassadors, government officials, or anything of the sort. In all other cases, they can appellate jurisdiction.

Gives freedom of religion, speech, and press. Also gives the people the right to petition for redress.

Says you can’t be tried for the same crime twice or have your life, liberty or property removed.

States can’t make laws that abridge the privileges of citizens, the number of representatives from a state depends on their population, and that you can’t run for office if you have rebelled against the country or helped the enemy, unless it is forgiven.
